You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of successfully placing permanent IT and Business Change professionals into a variety of organisations across the Thames Valley region. You have a thorough understanding of your market sector and have recruited across a range of levels.

Your career to date has been successful and you have thrived in the fast-paced, ever-developing world of recruitment, but you're wondering where to go next. We boast established relationships with some of the UK's leading organisations in the Professional Services industry, with a speciality in IT and Business Change within the Financial Services industry.

With our Head Office in Bristol where the business began, we have unrivalled success in the South West. Over the last 5 years we have expanded across the UK, opening offices in Edinburgh, Manchester, Cardiff and London, and most recently branching into Europe with new offices in Munich and Amsterdam.

Our next regional office will be opening imminently in Reading to cover the market in the Thames Valley and M4 corridor area. We are deploying one of our existing employees, who knows and understands our business, to become the Regional Manager for the new office, and will be building a team around him to supply permanent IT professionals into new and existing clients.

An experienced IT & Change recruiter, who wants to be part of a new and exciting project, with the stability and support of a long-established, market-leading firm. A recruitment professional with corporate polish, confident communication and industry credibility. A career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and integrity in the way you conduct your business.

We have done spot business in the Thames Valley region and we want to develop those relationships but also build a new book of business that will establish the Sanderson footprint in the area.

We're looking for a full 360 recruiter who can generate leads and develop that market information into new business, as well as effectively deliver top quality candidates into those vacancies.
