Compliance Monitoring Manager - 30-35k
This is a permanent opportunity to join a very exciting and progressive financial services organisation who work in the charity sector.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust compliance control monitoring plans for the charity and conduct compliance audits to ensure compliance across the organisation whilst they try and secure FCA accreditation.
You will be working independently so a full understanding of FCA regulations is imperative to being successful in this role. You will be guiding and coaching the business whilst they try and grow their business and being instrumental on the success moving forward.
You are required to have:
- knowledge of compliance of fca regime
- degree educated - ideally within a financial practice
- awareness of key regulatory guidelines within the advice industry and be able to spot strategic changes going forward
- strong communication skills - working with the business and external clients
- numerical and analytical mindset
