An exciting opportunity has arisen in Experian's Decision Analytics Delivery Team. Decision Analytics is the international division of Experian which specialises in providing credit risk and fraud management consulting services and products. Over more than 30 years, it has developed best practice analytical, consulting and product capabilities to support organisations to manage and optimise risk; prevent, detect and reduce fraud, meet regulatory obligations and gain operational efficiencies throughout the customer relationship. With clients in more than 60 countries and offices in more than 30, the Decision Analytics (DA) Division of Experian delivers experience and expertise developed from working with national and international organisations across a wide range of industries and businesses of all sizes.
The role of the Senior Analyst Developer is to design, develop and integrate software solutions for Experian's Originations, Customer Management and Fraud platforms. This is an opportunity to go beyond the traditional development role and includes:
- Working within an integrated project team alongside Business Systems Architects and Analysts to design and develop optimum integrated solutions, typically to third party data sources, e.g. credit reference agencies and customers' own data.
- Leading relationships, participating in workshops, gathering requirements, working with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to push back when required.
- Providing strong IT, analytical and problem solving skills to drive out the optimum solution for the client and to provide internal low level technical support to the Delivery community.
- Applying a strong understanding of business processes throughout the whole project lifecycle.
Relationships are extremely important in this role, and it is imperative that this individual is able to effectively communicate conclusions and recommendations.
