Social Coordinator
I am currently working on a position for a Social Media Coordinator to play a key role in building and managing this luxury beauty client's current and future Social Media presence; including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and the blog.
The Social Coordinator will be expected to create engaging, rich content and respond to social queries, complaints etc.
As Social Coordinator you will be responsible for:
*Updating all social media channels with relevant and engaging content
*Creative and proactive engagement with consumers to drive conversations and relationships as the voice of the brand
*Increasing brand advocacy, customer engagement, sales and traffic
*Management of the social media content calendar
*Content creation including creating and briefing assets and working with wider teams to develop content
*Producing weekly social media activity reports to then assist in optimisation of campaign performance
