Senior Account Manager - GBP32,000 to GBP38,000

I am working with a leading integrated marketing agency with clients in the property sector, they create marketing collateral across digital and print for large well known developers in the UK and overseas, this include retail, office, residential and luxury spaces.

As with many other agencies they are finding their clients are looking for more digital marketing collateral, as such the core of their work is large web builds, CGI, online brochures, mobile / tablet apps as well as more traditional print and exhibition based projects.

They are looking for a Senior Account Manger to join the team, the role will involve working closely with clients on strategy, helping them understand how digital can work for them alongside more traditional methods. The role will involve elements of project management, you will guide the client through the production process as well as managing internal creative and technical teams and making sure all projects are delivered efficiently.

You will be the first point of contact for your clients, building strong client / agency relations and making sure they are well aware of which marketing strategies will best suit their business needs.

Ideal candidates will come from an agency background, will have experience managing the delivery of digital projects, working with technical and creative teams. You will have experience working closely with clients, building strong client relations and developing revenue streams.

Responsibilities will include:

Working closely with clients Client meetings / catch ups Working with client on marketing strategy Briefing internal creative and technical teams Pitching / presenting Developing revenue streams Budgeting / costing Managing project delivery Identifying new business opportunities Remaining up to date with digital / marketing strategy Ability to deliver multiple projects

Requirements include:

3+ years within an agency environment Account Management experience Project Management experience Ability to build strong client relations Highly motivated Excellent communication skills Time management Highly organized
