Job Title: Locksmith

Location: London, EC2A

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

An opportunity for a Locksmith to join our client's team of security installation engineers servicing commercial and residential properties across Central London.

This is a remote position and the applicant will be travelling between sites in the London area and we would, therefore, suggest you live locally in order to service this area. You will be working solely and also as part of a team. Occasionally, you may be required to assist the electronic access control engineers by running wiring and trunking.

Key Experience and Requirements:

• Opening and installation of locks and cylinders.
• Repair, installation and maintenance of door operating equipment, including door closers and floor springs.
• Installation of solid core wooden doors, frames and door furniture.
• Surveying for and installation of grilles and gates.

It is essential for the applicant to have good communication skills with fluent spoken and written English. IT skills will be required as the company operates an online diary and job reporting system.

The applicant must hold a full UK driving licence and although not essential, a motorcycle licence would be a great advantage.
