Salary: £19,817 • Hours: 37
Company pension - Up 35 days per year annual leave (inc. bank holidays)
The post holder will support the development of the Petrus Middleton Hub in Heywood by identifying providers from voluntary/ community groups, faith groups and members of the community to provide practical support. They will engage service users, volunteers, staff, and community groups in in-house and commissioned activities and programmes which deliver health related outcomes and develop their capacity for self-support in the community and impact positively on long term health and wellbeing.
