Trainee Recruitment Consultant in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our busy, growing team for a resourcer.

I am currently looking for a young, enthusiastic, hungry and ambitious person to come in and resource for myself within the construction sector. The environment is fast paced and on your toes stuff so you should not be scared of a bit of hard work and long hours.

The role will give you the chance to progress to a full 360 recruitment consultant in the next 8 - 12 months depending on how you perform.

Your role as a resourcer will include:

Answering the phone

Speaking with candidates, matching them to vacancies

Lead Sourcing

Filling vacancies

Administration

As a resourcer you must be:

Proactive

Organised

NOT scared to pick up the phone

Well spoken

Willing to get stuck in
