This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company where you can really add value and make this role your own.
Our client is looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to take overall responsibility the company’s CRM activities. You will work very closely with the heads of various departments – including marketing, sales and client services.

Our client is an innovative financial advisory firm operating across the insurance, pensions and investment sectors.
Being relatively small, the firm is extremely innovative and places a huge emphasis on empowering its staff to take ownership of their role and make a real difference.
Having doubled in size in each of the last three years the company has ambitious growth plans and this role represents a key pillar in their new digital marketing team.
CRM Manager (Salesforce) Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Operations management to deliver a seamless CRM process
- Develop and deliver effective communications to improve the client journey
- Analyse CRM data to gain valuable client insight for Marketing
- Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness - traffic, acquisition, conversion and revenue
- Analyse CRM and other data to improve sales conversion and improve client retention
- Build and maintain reports for Marketing, Sales and the Directors
- Assist with Salesforce CRM training for Marketing team members
Key skills:
- At least 2 years Salesforce experience required
- At least two years experience working in a CRM team
- Understanding of various marketing channels
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience in Financial Services an advantage
The role comes with a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 23 days per annum of paid holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day for your birthday.
Office hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and you will be based in our prestigious office close to St Paul’s in the City of London. The office has a discounted canteen and onsite showers.
