Assistant Manager, Newmarket, Basic Salary £14,000-£16,000,  realistic £30,000 (OTE) + Uncapped commission - A fantastic new opening has just arisen within our Newmarket store for a Assistant Manager with a strong passion for sales and service who can engage and inspire our customers, helping then to create, visualise and build their dream home.

As one of our Assistant Managers you will have the confidence, energy, passion and professionalism to represent our brand and work in partnership with our customers and continually go the extra mile. You will be based in our flagship store and approach our customers to fulfil and understand our customers needs by advising on what product is best suited to our customers needs, arranging finance and dealing with measurements to provide quotations and close the sale.

We are particularly keen to speak to Assistant Managers with previous experience in a retail sales environment or a proven track record of achievement in a consultative customer facing role with the flair, passion and enthusiasm to drive our business forward. If you have experience working as a retail Store Manager, Branch Manager, Retail Manager, Retail Leader, Showroom Manager, Deputy Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager.

You will have a passion or an eye for design and be self motivated with a fun and positive attitude. You will help create a relaxed, fun and enjoyable shopping experience as well as having a real passion for service and customers.

As a valued member of our team you will receive a 2 week induction, which includes full product information and design sales training. We have over 500 stores and national advertising campaigns that generate high quality customers and leads for you to follow up, allowing you to earn great money.

On average our Assistant Manager earns £30,000 but some earn a lot more. As retail Assistant Manager you will earn a basic salary of £14,000-£16,000, plus Sunday overtime, a generous commission scheme for each sale made and a vast range of benefits such as colleague discount and rewards. We expect you to earn £30,000+ annually.

The hours are 39 per week over 5 days however Sunday working will be required on a rota basis and is paid as overtime.
