Cosmo Restaurants are looking for a Public Relations Officer to work alongside our creative director at our latest flagship site in Nottingham. In order to promote the brand, your responsibilities will include:
- To understand target client base to identify public relations requirements.
- Plan PR campaigns
- Produce promotional material, newsletters and other pr materials.
- Reviewing newspaper and internet reviews, in both local, national and international press, including facebook, twitter, wei bo, wei sin and other social media, responding to issues that must be addressed, ensuring good publicity at all times, reporting to Management and advising on solutions.
- Review and update at regular intervals the restaurant website and other publications and material.
- Arrange and ensure promotional events, both on a local and national level, are well managed.
- Assist/co-ordinate seasonal promotional activities.
Requirements
Relevant degree in business, management or marketing
At least one years experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
