Experienced Home Services Coordinator

Working in the community to support individuals and families with those jobs around the house that support and maintain independence. Experienced Home Services Coordinator 25hrs per week £21,879pa (£14,586 pro rata) 

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Home Services Coordinator to join the team. Based in Tameside you will oversee the co-ordination and delivery of our support service.

You will coordinate the domestic and social support service to people in their own home you will need to be reliable, flexible and motivated. 
Use of a car is desirable and advantageous.
