Front of House team members are expected to:
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Serve and present beverages as to company standard.
Assist in keeping the bar and front of house area and facilities clean and tidy.
Recommend and up sell food and drink.
Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws.
Be involved and contribute at all team meetings.
Carry out instructions as given by management and head office.
Support the back of house team in delivering great service.
