Our client is seeking to expand their Chippenham team with the recruitment of a General Operations Manager who is able to manage and develop core elements of the business.

Our client is a small, but well established, creative company and they have recently experienced a period of rapid growth. They specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of 3D virtual shop graphics and other products that transform the High Street.

The General Operations Manager will be expected to meet clients as well as assist with installations when necessary. That could mean you might be in a meeting with the senior members of a city council’s regeneration team in the morning, liaising with our Project Manager at lunchtime and could find yourself up a cherry picker in the afternoon. If you have the relevant versatility, our client would like to hear about it.

They are looking to hear from candidates with extensive experience of managing teams and delivering projects, ideally in a complimentary industry e.g. print, retail or property management or one that provides support services to the public sector.

You must be over 25 (for insurance purposes) and have a clean driven licence. It would be helpful, but not essential, for you to have relevant accreditations to include LOLA and IPAF.

It is imperative that the successful candidate is self-motivated and well organised. Our client want to hear all about you if you have a passion for organising and the discipline to deliver on projects as well as the attributes to work well in a small team.

This is a full time position, but our client is able to demonstrate some flexibility on hours. The salary will be in the region of £26 -28K, dependant on experience.
