Salary: Up to £28,000pa depending on experience

Their technology enables clinicians to securely share up-to-date patient data in real time - whatever system they use and wherever they work in the UK. The company’s customers are varied within the NHS, reflecting the significant demands for cross organisational data exchange.

Job Role:

Working as part of a small office based team you will be responsible for the implementation of the company’s products and services to new and existing customers.  This is a diverse hands on role and you will be expected to manage all aspects of the delivery process across multiple concurrent customer projects to demanding timescales.  The role requires close working with a range of stakeholders both internal and external to plan activities, manage and evaluate implementation to accomplish timely and successful delivery of the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of company products and services across multiple concurrent customer projects from project initiation to commencement of service

• Monitoring scope, objectives and deliverables with customer in line with contractual agreements
• Liaise with customers on system configuration to ensure requirements are met
• Generation and submission of configuration requests both internally and to external suppliers
• Provide local system configuration services (organisation set up and user administration)
• Manage customer expectations and monitor customer perceptions at all levels
• Identification and documenting issues, risks, benefits and service improvements
• Provide regular reports to line manager
• Ensure contractual and payment milestones are observed and acted upon
• Liaise with contract department to initiate contract variations where appropriate
• Liaise with finance department to raise quote requests and invoicing where appropriate
• Advise customers on information governance and other general enquire relating to HGL products and services
• Provide online training Service
• Taking an active role in refining implementation strategies to improve ways of working and ensuring the business is operating as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining a high standard service to customers

Key Requirements:

• Delivered IT related technologies preferably in the Healthcare Sector

• Experience of Project Management life cycle with the ability to demonstrate project related activities 
• Knowledge of Prince 2 Methodology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to prioritise workloads to meet numerous project timelines
• Self-motivating and ability to work using own initiative
• Methodical and organised approach to tasks
• Able to switch from one task to another without losing focus, holding a clear overview while paying attention to key aspects of detail
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

• Understanding of Interoperability and how this supports the delivery of patient care in the NHS

• Experience in the use of Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Confluence
• Prince2 or equivalent
