Electronic Manufacturing Test Graduate
MBDA Reference Number: GR78
Accountabilities:
As key members of one of our integrated product teams, graduates will develop an extensive knowledge and gain hands on experience in one or a combination of the following disciplines:-
- Analogue circuit test techniques and circuit design.
- Digital circuit test techniques and circuit design.
- Microwave / RF test measurement techniques and design
- Manufacturing Test Software development tools (i.e. NI LabVIEW, TestStand, and Boundary Scan).
- Concept to Delivery of Manufacturing Test Solutions.
- Test data Analysis and diagnostics.
They are involved in all aspects of the manufacturing test facilities lifecycle including:-
- Requirements analysis and specification (HW & SW).
- Architectural design (HW & SW).
- Detailed design (HW & SW).
- Facility integration.
- Facility Proving & Validation.
- Facility maintenance, diagnostics and modification.
Skills and Knowledge:
Qualified to degree level or above (minimum 2:1 honours degree or equivalent) in electronic engineering or related subjects. A practical knowledge of electronics is essential with additional skills in software development being beneficial, but not essential.
Training in the use of tools will be provided, as necessary, but previous use of tools such as LabVIEW, Circuit Design & Simulation, Engineering Drawing would be an advantage.
