4 x Part Time Front of House & bar job roles based in West London paying upto £6.50/hr plus team bonus. This is a part time role with predominantly evening and weekend hours. Working for TeamSport the UK’s #1 Indoor Karting company. Our Karting venues offer exciting multi-level tracks and well maintained state of the art karts across the UK. Our Acton track has been open 18 months and operates with electric karts.

The front of house job role, will report to the Manager on duty and be responsible for delivering a first class front of house experience to all customers. From initial registration, handling payments and up selling offers to customers. You will be responsible for keeping the front of house area clean, whilst ensuring the accurate completion of registration documents and procedures. You will also be responsible for helping in the snack bar if the need arises. Snack Bar responsibilities include the serving of hot and cold food and drinks, keeping the snack bar area and the kitchen clean and tidy, assisting customers wherever possible and helping maintain stock levels.

We are looking for someone with a good level of education to NVQ level 2 or equivalent and with previous experience in a food or drink customer facing environment and good interpersonal skills. Please be aware that this role include evening and weekend shifts.
Duties:
- Welcome and greet customers
- Ensure the accurate completion of registration documents and procedures
- Maintain a clean and presentable environment at all times
- Ensure that the TeamSport values are integral to all activities
- Ongoing contribution to sales of new track days and memberships

Person Details:
- Good standard of education to NVQ level 2 or similar
- Previous experience in a 7 day/week customer service environment
- Knowledge of front of house procedures
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Strong communicator
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
