This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with first class customer service skills to join a fantastic company where full training on products and services will be given
You will handle mostly inbound calls whereby the client has expressed an interest in products and services. You will be qualifying the calls and using knowledge on these products and services to advise best on what they require.
Promote the company and its products in a professional manner, maximising each lead to its full potential
Impact on sales targets by utilising sales techniques such as crossing selling and asking the correct questions, objection handling, rapport building, benefit selling, features advantages and benefits
Ensure each call is delivered within company call quality guidelines ensuring compliance and no instances of misadvising clients
Maximise productivity targets to impact on set KPI area’s and business results
Monday - Thursday 12pm - 8pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
1 in 4 Saturdays
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
