Job Elements: -
• Working within the HR department of a fast moving international company you will be responsible for providing a high quality, high volume recruitment service.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a strong recruitment brand through internet advertising, exhibition and function attendance and all appropriate channels to attract a stream of high quality candidates.
• Management and control of all applications.
• Initial application sift and telephone pre-screening of appropriate candidates.
• Organisation and management of interviews and assessment centres.
• Creation of offers of employment and management of referencing in order to provide smooth on-boarding of successful applicants.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Have a minimum of 5 yrs of high volume recruitment experience.
• Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Be able to cope with high workloads and be an excellent multitasker
• Ideally REC qualified
