Established in 2009, Essex Cares Ltd was the first Local Authority Trading Company to provide adult social care services in the country. We have grown to be one of the county's leading providers and now have a workforce of over 1000 well trained, flexible and caring staff providing care and wellbeing services in Essex and West Sussex.
This busy and challenging role has overall responsibility for the management and development of the Governance functions within Essex Cares. It will provide support and assurance relating to Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Information and Corporate Governance. This role also has responsibility for the management of the company secretary and Health and Safety function.
If you have a proven background in health or social care governance functions, as well as being flexible, highly organised and creative with a proactive attitude to achieving results, then this could be the role for you.
