Due to expansion of our client’s Sales Team they are currently looking to recruit a motivated individual to join them at their branch in Kidderminster. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing nominated accounts, mainly handing inbound calls from customers, listening to their requirements, providing information on products and services and dealing with their orders, queries or complaints. The focus on this role will be effective account management ensuring customers are dealt with in a friendly efficient manner.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within a similar role, ideally within a similar Industry, however this is not essential and will be numerate, literate and educated to GCSE standard or equivalently. It is likely that the successful candidate will have experience of selling to trade customers within the electrical wholesale, Construction or similar industry and specifically in depth knowledge of the industrial market sector.

They are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and relationship building skills and the gravitas to operate at all levels
