// The Group Senior PR Executive Role
Reporting to the Executive Brand Director this role is responsible for online and offline PR of the group brands and their sub-brands, spanning business, lifestyle and fashion press in the UK and internationally. Working with the Brand Director, the Group Senior PR Executive is responsible for creating the PR strategy for the Group and executing this across all geographies.
// Group Senior PR Executive Key Responsibilities
> Design, manage and implement offline PR activity
> Focus on building the reputation of the Group Brands into a single destination for the World’s Best Kids Brands in the fashion, sports and lifestyle sectors
> Act as primary spokesperson for the Group with regards to the press and media relations
> Create and deliver PR objectives, strategies, plans & budgets
> Create and deliver all publicity materials and campaigns, in line with the PR and Marketing strategy to develop PR stunts, and events to capture press attention
> Analyse and review past performance of programs and promotions, and provide insightful and cost recommendations to stakeholders for future activity
> Manage budgets and implement measurement schemes that report PR spend against traffic and coverage performance. Liaise and network with stakeholders, and continually monitor competitor strategy and activities
// Group Senior PR Executive Skills and Experience
> Flexibility and willing to work extra hours in order to ensure deadlines are met
> Ability to perform well under pressure

> Self-motivated
> Well organised and capable of planning and directing in order to ensure that personal and department goals and objectives are met
> Excellent press contacts both in the UK and internationally, particularly in the fashion, and lifestyle sector
> Excellent copywriting skills
> Experience from working for a Fashion Retailer and/or Brand desirable
> Knowledge of appropriate management and supervisory skills to supervise general accounting staff
> Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and management
> Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing with a wide range of people
> Ability to interact and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
// Education
> Minimum academic level required: Bachelor Degree
> Ideal academic level preferred: 2:1
