£14,000-£16,000 basic for over 21’s. First year OTE is £17,000-£19,000.

Full Time including weekends

Our Client is one of the fastest growing property businesses in Yorkshire having been judged as the Best Medium Northern Lettings Agency 2014. 

This will be an ideal post for someone who has a track record in working to targets. They are a highly pro-active agency, spending 80% of the day calling Landlords and Tenants.

Lettings Negotiator - Duties will include:
•         Pro-actively calling potential Landlords to secure properties
•         Working towards monthly targets
•         Answering the telephones, professionally and politely.
•         Participating in a morning meeting with the office team to review weekly and monthly figures
•         Qualifying applicants to company standards and arranging viewings
•         Undertaking all accompanied viewings with potential Tenants
•         Booking market appraisals for the Lister and Branch manager
•         Following up viewings and reporting structured feedback to Landlords
•         Negotiating offers
•         Undertaking comprehensive marketing updates with Landlords
•         Completing required checklist to facilitate offers
•         Selling Insurance packages to Tenants and Landlords
•         Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
 
This role will include weekend work

It is essential that you have a driving license and own vehicle.
