Courtyard Care Plus is looking to recruit an experienced Community Support Worker to join there team based in Liverpool. They are offering a competitive salary of £15,600 - £16,640 per annum.
Courtyard Care Plus provides specialised home care support packages to children & young people with a range complex health needs and physical disabilities. The services we provide include a high degree of clinical type tasks and intimate personal care needs.
As a progressive company we are constantly expanding our services and we need to recruit several team members as Community Support Workers to support children and young people at home within their family homes. These posts are in the Southport (5) & Liverpool City (5) and Manchester (4) areas. Successful applicants will be allocated to individual service users and are not required to travel from one service user to another.
As our Community Support Worker experience of working with children & young people is desirable but related experience in the care sector is acceptable as full training will be given to all successful applicants.
A current driving licence is essential for Community Support Worker posts.
All posts require staff members to work shift patterns across 24 hrs per day 7 days per week – hence applicants must be available to work these hours on rota basis.
Full training is delivered in house as well as Diploma L3 – Children and Young people.
