A unique opportunity has arisen to join our client, a financial services market leader as a Business Architect within their expanding Programme Architecture practice.

Working within our Programme Architecture Practice, you'll be accountable for defining the Architecture Solution Outline for major programmes and projects.

This will encompass the Business Architecture (for example, business process engineering, operating model work

You'll be a credible individual who is armed with widespread experience of solution architecture. You'll have used architecture frameworks and methods to successfully deliver change as a solution architect.

With demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills up to the Senior Executive level, you'll also exhibit exemplary behaviours in communication and collaboration, along with a drive to develop both yourself and your colleagues and evolve the function and ways of working.

You'll have the ability and desire to quickly comprehend the functions, capabilities and benefits of new operating models and technologies.

As a skilled Business Architect you will have:

• Analytical skills with a robust grasp of architectural thinking and governance
• A wide exposure to and experience of architecting and delivering business change, including organisational, systems, business process, and multi-disciplinary, cross-functional change
• The ability to deliver solutions that provide optimal Business and Customer outcomes, whilst maintaining the required commercial focus
• Strong consideration of the impact of the Target Operating Model, the overall product, distribution and brand strategies, and the current and future business capability
• An understanding or the ability to quickly gain an understanding of our developing business roadmaps and operating models including our sourcing approach
