This company are a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of Mechanical Seals and Support Systems.

The role:
- Undertake training in product range and all aspects of Bearing Protection cell.
- To support and allow for future development of existing team.
- To support external colleagues globally
- Timely completion of administrative tasks.
- To process enquires for potential customers.
- To compile pricing and delivery information for enquiries.
- Placing/progressing purchase orders.
- Maintain superior standards of work with excellent attention to detail.
The person:
- A minimum 5 GCSE's grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential
- Be able to prioritise your own workload.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- IT Literate
- Knowledge of stock control systems
- Previous experience in an administration based role is essential
- Some knowledge and experience of Microsoft office programs.
- Experience of a similar role in an engineering environment would be beneficial
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Effective communicator
