Area Sales Executive

Advancing People Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Executive on behalf of a national company specialising in high end products and services.

You will manage and develop the commercial market for the company to expand their Northamptonshire area through promotion of the extensive range of quality products and services encompassed within the highly regarded and respected brand.

Main roles and responsibilities :

• Be fully conversant with the complete range of the companies products in order to facilitate the ideal specification within the design intent and budget constraints of each individual, and unique project.
• Ensure the customer base is updated and aware of all enquiry points, contact names, and methods of operation to meet their requirements.
• Ensure that you are familiar with all key contacts within the customers business.
• Account manage existing business and ensure all contacts are kept up to date with price list and specifications.
• To be aware of market trends as well as competitors activities, product ranges, strengths and weaknesses.
• Introduce all new products and services offered by the company in line with the current business strategy.

• Smart personal appearance
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proven history of performance against sales targets
• Good negotiation and listening skills
• Relevant experience with face to face customer sales
• Self motivated
• Valid Driving Licence

In return my client is offering a basic salary of 20,000 - 23,000 DOE plus an OTE of up to 28,000. This position comes with a company car, Phone and Laptop.
