Product Support Specialist SQL and Microsoft

An opportunity has arisen for an additional Product Support Specialist to work alongside a highly experienced senior member of the team to support two flagship software products. This will involve providing client upgrades and an annual version release based on the feedback they receive from clients. We are also increasingly involved with integration projects and this integration work has now extended into the development of a number of partnership arrangements with specialists in the field of imaging, mobile device capture and secure networking.

Although experience of working within healthcare would be helpful, this is not an essential requirement.

Skills and Experience Required -

Essential:

Good knowledge of SQL Language

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Active Directory

Understanding of Security

Systems analysis

Data migration

Preferred

XML/XSL

Java programming experience could be useful

Basic Understanding of Networks

Crystal Reports Experience
