This is an excellent opportunity for an established Team Leader with Outbound Sales experience to join a highly successful company in their vibrant, energetic call centre in Altrincham. We have been recruiting for this company since 2005 and they have gone from strength to strength and 2015 is set to be their busiest year to date. If you are an experienced Team Leader with outbound sales experience then we would love to speak to you about this opportunity.

Our client has an 80 seat call centre in Altrincham that makes outbound sales calls to existing customers and warm leads generated through online, radio and TV advertising. The focus of the call centre is delivering a customer centric, high quality sales process and the emphasis on sales through service. Due to continued success and their growth plans for 2015, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team to lead and manage a team of 10-12 sales advisors.

Your primary focus will be to manage the day to day performance of your team, ensuring that they deliver their targets with respect to call volumes AND call quality. You will coach team members on a daily basis to ensure that personal development plans are met and that individuals' career development objectives are realised. You will be responsible for all of the management issues surrounding your team, including absence management, disciplinaries, one-to-one appraisals etc. and will work closely with the Sales Manager in ensuring the operation is fully resourced through effective shift scheduling. You will assist with the recruitment process in conjunction with the Call Centre Manager, and will be responsible for engendering a happy and productive working environment in which the individual is respected within a team context.

To succeed in this position, you will have significant experience of leading teams of 10+ Advisors in a busy outbound environment. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to drive performance and quality and will have a complete team management "toolkit". It is desirable, but not essential, that you have experience from within the Financial Services, Insurance or travel industries - although it is your performance focus and not your industry experience that is paramount.
