We are looking for experienced Telemarketing / Telesales /Outbound Sales Executives / Lead Generators to join one of the most established Insurance Brokers in the UK in their brand new telephone based sales operation in Peterborough. With first class training and development on offer, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business at the start of something very exciting and establish yourself in a company that offers genuine career progression.

Our client is one of the UK's leading insurance brokers and an extremely well established and trusted brand in the global insurance market. In January 2015 they opened a new sales operation in Peterborough selling commercial and personal policies to customers in niche UK markets through telephone, digital and affinity distribution channels. We are working closely with them to build a team which they can then grow over the next 18-24 months.

As an Outbound Sales Executive / Lead Generator you will work on targeted marketing campaigns, generating high quality sales leads for the Insurance Sales team. The lead generation team work closely with head office marketing team and all calls form part of a targeted campaign so prospects will have already received information on the company's services. Our client focuses on niche personal and commercial lines insurance which means you will either be dealing with business customers or high net worth consumers so you will be required to build rapport them and quickly establish their trust through an extremely professional approach. This is a targeted sales role and you will be expected to cross and up sell additional products and services when relevant.

To succeed in this position you will have a strong background in either outbound sales, telemarketing, telesales or lead generation and will have a good track record of performance against targets. You will have excellent communication skills, an extremely professional approach and will be confident speaking with and selling to senior level customers within niche markets. You will be keen to develop your skills and gain industry qualifications (Cert CII) and you will be excited about joining a new operation within a very well established company.
