Aderant/Elite Business Analyst - Professional Services

Large professional services firm requires a business analyst/change manager with very specific experience of designing and implementing Aderant or Elite practice management and other key systems used in the professional services sector.

Our client requires very specific experience; your career to date will have included working in a major accounting or legal firm designing and implementing modern practice management package systems covering finance, time and billing and other key activities - and will have been involved in working with senior stakeholders (including executive management and service delivery professionals up to partner level).

You will be very familiar with documenting 'as is' processes and requirements gathering for the 'to be' processes. As well as having excellent communications skills, you will be confident in making recommendations based upon your own judgements. You will be able to illustrate an ability to build support for the proposed changes at all levels to, as far as possible, use standard package functionality and avoid customised development.

In addition, you will have excellent academic credentials (a 2i or higher degree). The role is London based but some UK or international travel may be required.
