Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join the Global Security Office division to create and develop UKI & EMEA management information and executive reporting. This role supports the Information Security Management team in driving out risk management controls to support business strategies.

This is a great entry level Analyst role for someone looking to work within the Information Security Arena.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Produce Information Security & Risk reporting

  • Assemble and produce a portfolio of reports for Information Security and ensure their accurate and timely delivery.
  • Work with GSO stakeholders to gather requirements for reports and translate those specifications into tangible output as part of the continuous improvement of the reporting
  • Publishing content on the company intranet as needed.

2. Administer GRC tool(s) for UKI & EMEA

  • Administrate Information Security GRC tooling within region,
  • Manage GSO toolset access, improvements and structure to support reporting and tracking of security & regulatory status
  • Coordinating GSO inputs into Enterprise GRC platform
  • Assist in the management of Sharepoint access, improvements and structure to support the hosting, publishing and updates of key GSO documentation

3. Analyse and Develop new insights and reports

  • Develop new reports and dashboards to represent the information security status and risk profile for each business group and the status of 3rd Party organisations.
  • Analyse data from various systems and sources to generate enhanced insight for InfoSec team and business management e.g. systemic issues, thematic, control weaknesses etc.
  • Interpret reporting and identify trends to drive prioritised improvements throughout the organisation to shrink the overall risk profile and enhance quality, capability and sustainability of the company's products, procedures and platforms.

Job requirements and qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong experience in data analysis and modelling, report writing
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating Management Information reports
  • Work well with others to cultivate creativity and to help drive time bound deliverables to completion.
  • Experience of assembling and managing reports and ensuring their accurate and timely delivery.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint including Lists management and Workflows.
  • Experience of working with stakeholders and take direction from management to gather requirements for reports and translate those specifications into tangible output.
  • It would be beneficial to have an understanding of or working within Information Security and/or Risk Management disciplines
  • It would be beneficial to have experience of administrating CRM, GRC, Service Desk type tools and providing input to support reporting enhancements
  • Experience in developing new reports and dashboards for multiple business groups.
  • Degree level educated (business, computer science, mathematics or other related field)
