The role:

• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Account management
• Developing existing clients
• Resourcing
• Headhunting new candidates
• Working towards targets and deadlines
• Lead generation
• Cold calling

Skills required:

• Confident individuals who believe in their own abilities.
• Someone who is comfortable selling on the phone.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Self motivation and the hunger to succeed.
• Individuals who can show they have worked in target driven environment.
