Sopra Steria Recruitment is seeking a number of experienced recruitment consultants to join our in-house recruitment team. We provide a Managed Service to our parent company Sopra Steria for the supply of Permanent, Contract and Temporary resources. A member of APSCo, Sopra Steria Recruitment has over 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry so you will be working within a company that adopts the very best in recruitment and resourcing techniques.
Role Overview
Due to continued growth within Sopra Steria, we are looking to hire a number of experienced recruitment consultants who have a track record of working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. This is an internal recruitment role and you will be tasked with finding the best resources in the market for Sopra Steria in the UK. We require recruitment professionals with extensive experience in permanent recruitment, although due to the flexibility of the team, the role may involve an element of contract recruitment as required.
Role & Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment of permanent resources, predominantly in the IT space, but also in other disciplines including HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Administration etc.
- Strong focus on direct sourcing utilising a variety of candidate attraction tools and techniques. Some management of 3rd party suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders providing a quality, customer focused service.
- Ensure that the managed service is delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs

Working within a small team, this opportunity requires individuals who have strong communication and client-facing skills. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic candidates who are pro-active and driven to succeed. You are likely to have experience within an in-house team or RPO environment although candidates from an agency background will also be considered. Commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills are required to ensure that the service is delivered within budget, and in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
