As part of our continued and rapid growth, we are currently looking for the UK's brightest graduates to join our highly successful business development team.

Our business development team is the epicentre of our business and is without doubt the key to our success. You can be part of an awesome team.

What will you be doing? Within your role you will take responsibility for generating leads, acquiring new clients and opportunities, run face to face client meetings, negotiate terms and close business. This is a very consultative sales role which will see you work with your portfolio of clients to help them grow and develop their sales teams.

This is a really fun and challenging role that will require you to be able to demonstrate mental agility, persistence and think creatively to achieve your goals. Strong communication skills and commercial acumen are also essential to excel with our team.

Fast Track Promotion - As we a growing seriously quickly, with some hard work you could get your first promotion inside of 6 months. This promotion will see you gain a lot more responsibility and ultimately start to develop your own client base.

ISMM Accredited Training - Because sales training is what we do, your training will be second to none. You will take part in a 13 day sales training course designed to give you all the skills to excel as a sales person.
