Our ILM and Training Partners play an integral role in ensuring the quality of Chwarae Teg training programmes are of the highest standard to ensure the best possible experiences for our learners.

To be successful in this role you will already have knowledge and experience of developing and delivering a range of accredited management training, as well as previous management experience to draw upon. You will be confident in assessing all aspects of training delivery to promote and encourage best practice at all times.

In addition to being experienced in training, we are looking for a person who is a good communicator and team player, who strives to promote continuous improvement and likes to celebrate success and genuinely wants to help learners and staff to achieve and prosper. Both roles will involve travel throughout Wales.

Flexible location; Cardiff, Llanelli, Treforest or Colwyn Bay with remote working available. 

We’re happy to consider part time and full time applications.

We’re offering an annual salary of £28,462 per annum pro rata.
