Absolute Recruitment is operating as a recruitment business for the supply of temporary personnel. Our client is seeking experienced solderers who will have the ability to work quickly and efficiently, and with previous soldering experience.

You will be involved assembly of PCB boards - so a good eye for detail is essential, as well as carrying out hand insert soldering activity.

It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a high quality of soldering ability, and this will be evaluated at interview stage.

You must therefore have the ability to learn new tasks, have an eye for detail, and be very dexterous, since you will be working with small components

Main duties:

Produce components, PCBA & Integration to defined IPC and other relative quality standards, ensuring correct tooling, jigs & fixtures are available to carry out function. Meet hourly production targets and monitor and report accordingly. Achieve identified production targets including Quality, Efficiency. To carry out numerous functions within the department to achieve production requirements. Adhere to quality procedures as defined in the process instructions and process records. Locate, Read and understand manufacturing Instructions.
