Assistant HR Business Partner

Our client is now recruiting for an Assistant HR Business Partner, to join their HR department in Birmingham. This is a very exciting new role, with the opportunity to have an immediate impact upon their work.

Salary: £29,450 rising to £31,000 per annum

To support this exciting transition they have developed their people strategy and now they are looking for experienced HR Advisors who want to work more proactively and independently on their journey to becoming fully fledged HR Business Partners.

The successful candidate will have a track record of providing common sense, pragmatic but procedurally appropriate advice on a range of employee relations issues. You will be able to work independently in managing day to day operational issues and use your judgement to ensure business outcomes are achieved effectively and efficiently, whilst managing risks.
