SEN Teaching Assistant/Youth Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant and or Instructor to work in an EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties) School in Bolton.

The role will involve encouraging students to interact and work co-operatively with others and engage in all activities, ensuring all pupils are included and understand the curriculum and class activities, whilst assisting the classroom teacher with classroom and behaviour management. You must be willing to work 1:1 with students with emotional and behavioural issues.

Previous experience within a classroom or sports coaching environment is essential
Previous experience within an SEN or EBD school is desirable
Experience in 1:1 support and classroom management is essential
The Team Teach qualification is desirable but not essential
