A leading UK-based Holiday Let company is looking for hardworking and energetic Driver/Mobile Porters & Maintenance Persons to join their team. The positions are initially temporary but can become permanent based on performance and requirement.

As a Driver/Mobile Porter & Maintenance Person your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling basic plumbing (repairing works)
• Handling basic boiler works like re-pressurising
• Basic electrical works including changing light fittings, redecoration and changing electrical switches
• The Driver/Mobile Porters will be required to deliver cleaning products/linen to the housekeeping team at different properties
• Supporting the housekeeping team in inspection and preparation of properties
• Counting linen and cleaning products
• Performing basic maintenance jobs and checks

The right Driver/Mobile Porter & Maintenance Person will have:

• Maintenance Persons can have some previous experience in kitchen appliances (preferable)
• Should have some knowledge about basic electrical and/or carpentry works
• The Driver/Mobile Porters should have a valid and clean UK Driving License
• Should be able to drive short-wheel based vans (experience preferable)
