The successful SEN Teaching Assistant applicant will be some one who can bring solid SEN experience to the table or a resolute graduate who has previous experience working with children who have special educational needs and an understanding of the importance of extracurricular activities. As a SEN Teaching Assistant you must possess the foresight, organisational skills, and calm head to overcome any challenging situations you might run into during the course of your day.

About the Role for SEN Teaching Assistant
In this SEN Teaching Assistant post you will be working in different functions across the whole school. Part of this SEN Teaching Assistant role involves you participating in one of the extra curricular activities on offer, and you will help the teachers plan and run these clubs. Your SEN Teaching Assistant duties will include forwarding the development of SEN pupils, whether it be in academic achievement, social skills or emotional progress.
