A fantastic opportunity now exists to join our ambitious and progressive organisation for a Support Officer in the Oxfordshire area to provide an effective visiting support service to older people in the Vale of the White Horse.

To succeed in this role the job holder will have experience of working with older people and support planning within a housing environment, be able to complete assessments and support plans, monitor individual needs and be proactive in seeking solutions. A self-starter who remains calm under pressure and is able to plan and prioritise, you will also have knowledge and experience of successful interagency working. The working area is flexible and willingness to work as part of a busy team is essential.

Due to the nature of this role a full, current driving licence and access to your own transport is also needed.
