Development Engineer (R&D) - Refrigeration Systems - Hampshire
The Development Engineer will be responsible ror the development of new and existing product / technology. Both contribute and manage projects / teams to meet various organisational objectives. Complete concept design work as dictated by project requirements. Ensure that both their own activities and the activities of those around them are completed out according to company procedures, particularly those regarding H&S.
The Development Engineer will have:
Minimum of HNC / HND in relevant engineering discipline. A working understanding of practical and theoretical operation of refrigeration systems. A good understanding of heat transfer specifically between air and fluids or refrigerants. Able to complete fundamental research projects and structure investigation to optimise resource. Strong knowledge of CAD packages. Good interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal. A high level of practical ability. Computer literacy, advanced level of MS Excel operation.
