Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Credit & Contracts Manager will be responsible for the smooth management of the Credit Control and Service Contracts Departments.

Responsible for the accurate reporting of the two functions to the Directors and local branches as appropriate, and making informed decisions based on those KPIs. Balancing contractual and financial risk with the desire to increase portfolio and maintain team stability.

Main Accountabilities:

- Managing the credit control function, including legal process
- Managing the administration of service contracts, from customer take-on to cancellation and insolvency
- Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure administration processes are implemented and followed efficiently
- Assisting the Finance team to resolve any invoicing process issues

Requirements:

- Previous credit management experience, with experience of insolvency and legal procedures
- Previous experience of process review and implementation
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Preferably ICM qualified
- Experience of understanding complex contract process, and pitfalls, in order to protect the business and able to evidence this with past results
