Person Specification
The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate, with a 2:1 or above in their chosen subject, who has a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role. About the Role
In this KS1 Teaching Assistant post you will be supporting teachers across the entire KS1 phase. You will be expected to prepare the classroom daily, ensuring the appropriate learning resources are available for use by the pupils. You will be allotted designated periods away from the classroom for extensive training exercises as part of the school's aim to provide every staff member with continued professional development. Your job will include working with students one to one and running group activities outside of class as well as ad-hoc classroom support
