A great opportunity has become available for a Senior .NET Developer Role working for a well-established and rapidly growing software consultancy based in York. This is an excellent opportunity to join highly experienced and skilled development team working on cutting edge systems that are integral to the running of a number of high profile clients.

This is a permanent opportunity located in York offering a salary of up to GBP45,000 and excellent benefits package.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Current MCSD qualification
  • At least 5 years C# development experience
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • HTML & CSS
  • AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, KnockoutJS & RequireJS
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Entity Framework
  • Source code management tools - TFS & Visual Studio
  • Excellent knowledge of Object Orientated programming
  • Previous experience of working in an Agile environment especially Scrum and Kanban

Desirable

  • IIS
  • Previous experience of working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
  • TDD
  • Continuous Integration
