Organisational Change Management Consultant - ERP (SAP/Oracle)

Our client is a market-leading business transformation consulting firm with a well established presence in the UK. 

Currently they are seeking to recruit several senior ERP focussed Change Management (OCM)/Business Transformation consultants to expand their practice. The role will involve the delivery of top-to-bottom organisational change management working closely with a variety of clients. 

We seek OCM consultants at a range of levels from 4-5 years upto to 15 years + experience. Key experience of dealing with stakeholders in organisational design up to Director (CxO) level with the client (at the higher consultant band levels). 

Key skills include: 
Stakeholder Management, Organisational Design, Communications, Benefits realisation, Business Transformation - vision, strategy, target operating model, business case, benefits and delivery. Business Process content knowledge in Finance, HR, CRM or Supply Chain. A good track-record of implementing change (OCM) and transformation within IT-led programmes - ideally ERP (SAP and/or Oracle). 

Any business development/commercial experience at senior levels will also be a large benefit. 

The positions will encompass client based work in the UK and further afield.
