Unified Communications Engineer- Microsoft Lync
Company - Working for a leading professional services organisation based in Leeds City centre.
Role - Working as a Unified communications engineer within a team to help develop, maintain and improve the Microsoft Lync platform for the organisation globally. Responsibilities will include: securing the continuity, availability and the performance of Microsoft Lync 2013, ensure that unified communication environments are in a healthy state and fully documented and participate in projects to develop and implement new unified communication solutions in offices in and outside the UK.
Candidate - must have a good technical background with excellent knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures and the Lync product, with an in-depth knowledge of voice and video platforms and a good understanding of network technologies. Candidates must have MS Lync and a combination of Exchange or Active Directory or SQL Server or LAN, WAN and QoS technologies. Candidates should have good troubleshooting skills together with excellent communication and organisational skills.
