Position: Lead (UX) User Experience Designer
Salary:GBP40K-GBP55K (Depending on experience)
Location: Berkshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a User Experience Designer to come and join an expanding user experience team working for a well established Digital Agency, This opportunity provides a Lead User Experience Designer the opportunity to lead, mentor and coach the UX team. You will be heavily involved with a variety of stakeholders and will have a passion for Human Centred Design, Interaction Design and Design research.

This role will ideally suit a User experience (UX) Designer who enjoys planning developing new and old concepts. The role will also entail the following; guiding client though key design engagements, using your interaction design and visual design principles to execute key areas in the project life cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a user experience designer who is looking for a step up in there career or a lead user experience designer who is looking for an opportunity to develop there current skill set and learn new ones.

Desirable;
Experience of designing experience for; software, Web applications, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies across multiple platforms
