Lead Salesforce Developer sought by one of the UK's leading omni-channel retail organisations to lead a cross functional, agile team of Salesforce developers, working on a range of challenging, customer facing projects. You will take a lead role in both the development approach to support the shaping of new projects. While remaining hands on, the successful candidate will also be responsible for the recruitment, direction setting and development of the team, playing a key role in the overall design decisions for the system and ensuring adherence to good process and quality.

Candidates will demonstrate the following -

  • Strong experience of configuring/customising Salesforce CRM

  • Experience of Apex, VisualForce and SOQL

  • Experience of core Salesforce products such as ServiceCloud, SalesCloud

  • DEV401 certification preferred

  • Experience working with large data volumes

  • Experience of different integration approaches eg creating and consuming SOAP and/or RESTful web services

  • A structured approach to systems analysis and development.

  • Object Orientated and tiered design methodologies.

  • Web technologies including HTML, CSS, advanced Javascript

  • Experience in leading other developers.
